ABOUT ATHLETICS
Athletics is a year-round program for Students at MGGS and we can’t wait to extend the invite to our Community members as well!
We are excited to offer a 2-day program that will provide an opportunity for participants to improve their running ability and different physiological capacities.
Our experienced coaches will aim to foster a welcoming and enjoyable environment with sessions tailored to individual abilities and goals.
Not only will you have access to the Artemis Centre, we are also thrilled to be utilising The Tan Track which is right on our doorstep.
Training will be broken up into sprint and distance groups. Each session will have a different focus including;
- Running economy
- Threshold and aerobic capacity for distance athletes
