About
Just keep swimming!
We are looking forward to running a 1 week 5-day Learn to Swim holiday intensive. All Learn to Swim holiday lessons are 45 minutes, except for Stroke Advancement lessons which run for 60 minutes.
30 minutes will be the classic Artemis Aquatics swimming lesson (45 minutes for Stroke Development and 1 hour for Stroke Advancement). Classes in our holiday program are extended to 45 minutes for our levels 1 – 4 with a 15-minute specialisation. This April Holiday Program our levels 1 – 3 will be spending time on refining and understanding body position and rotation, a fundamental skill to reduce drag in the water and discouraging under and over rotation. Our levels 4-6 will be spending a bit of time “building good habits” – the finer details…skills such as tumble turns, swimming on the left side of the lane, underwater work, finishing at the wall to name a few. The little things that will amp up our swimmers to that next level leaving the pool. We hope to see you there!
Please note:
- You will be registering for the same class and time each day it is offered.
- You are not able to sign up for individual days, the programs are only offered as listed.

Learn to Swim Assistant
Holly has had a lifelong passion for water, with her journey into the swimming world beginning before she could even talk. Becoming a swimming teacher at the age of 15 and competing since the age of 7 has built a deep connection to the sport. Holly’s experience spans teaching children of all ages across America, Ireland, and now back home in Australia.
Watching students and adults grow in confidence around water and improve their skills with each session brings Holly immense joy. For her, swimming is not just a skill; it is a vital life lesson that everyone, regardless of age, should have the opportunity to embrace.
As an AUST Swim qualified teacher, Assessor, and pool Lifeguard, Holly aims to nurture self-assurance and value in every child, regardless of their background or abilities.
Holly brings this commitment to Artemis Aquatics, where she enthusiastically serves as the Learn to Swim Assistant.
“Swimming is the journey of turning fear into courage, uncertainty into confidence, and water into your playground.”
