Artemis Policies
MGGS and the Artemis Centre requires all parents / guardians to read and comply to the relevant program policies.
MGGS TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
- Agree to abide by Child Safety Policy and the MGGS Child Safety Code of Conduct
- Agree to supply your WWCC and / or ID if requested when signing in. Repeat contractors must hold Volunteer / Employee WWCC and one-off Visitors / Contractors who will be supervised are exempt.
- Agree to wear the VMC Sign In sticker provided at all times whilst on MGGS premises and present your ID if requested.
- Agree to report any incident or behaviour you believe to be inappropriate or abusive towards a child or a breach of the Child Safety Standards.
- Report any hazard and risk to Child Safety or OH&S identified during your work / time at MGGS.
- Respect the privacy of our students and staff, and not take photographs of students at all, and of adults only with their consent.
- Accept that your image maybe captured on Security Cameras whilst on our premises.
- In an Emergency or Evacuation situation comply with the instructions from MGGS fire wardens and/or staff and evacuate to the Primary or Secondary assembly area.
- Merton Hall & ELC – Primary assembly MultiSports Courts, secondary assembly CNR Domain Rd & Anderson St Gardens.
- Morris Hall – Primary assembly Morris Hall MultiSports Courts, secondary assembly Merton Hall Multi-Purpose Courts.
- Out of Hours – Primary assembly Jessie Bage Garden.
